For 20 years we have hosted live music seven nights a week and paired it with great American food. We have been a stay-cation for those who didn’t have time to take a vacation. Sambuca has hosted National Acts such as Acoustic Alchemy, Norah Jones, Third Eye Blind, Bruce Hornsby and the Range, Lenny Kravitz, Pam Tillis, Ray Charles and many other Grammy winners have played Sambuca in its two decades of operations.

Sambuca guests and staff alike are often thrilled to have celebrity musicians take the stage for impromptu performances, including Beck, Harry Connick, Jr., Wynton Marsalis, Jack Wagner, Kirk Whalum and Lee Greenwood. Members of Rod Stewart’s band, The Moody Blues and Eric Clapton’s band have also entertained Sambuca guests.

Sambuca’s rockin’ dinner club produces more than 1,800 live music performances per year in four different cities; Dallas, Houston, Nashville and Plano.

Most recently, Good Morning Texas featured one of our most popular high-energy danace bands, Blue Finger Disco, as they recognized us for our 20 year years of rockin’ live music!!
